New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Everyone gets the salary on time irrespective of whether you work or not. As far as you are able to please your boos, you and your job will be safe. Right place for the employees who are about to retire from professional life in another 5-6 years

My Home is not at all right place for the young nd dynamic professionals. If you are a person with no interest to learn new things but just to pass the time for which you need the salary, this is the perfect place for you. There is no dignity of labor, No one cares about employees welfare. The entire organisation is full of politics, senior citizens with 30 years back knowledge and attitude, bossism. Every employee has to sign a 3 years non-cancellable agreement, in case an employee wants to leave the organisation, before 3 years, he has to pay half of the amount received upto the date of last working day.

Full Bajana will work out , Any person join at plant level , their career will down 5 years compared to others with same designation , particularly there is no difference between Qualified and graduate people all are same due to Bajana

Right person wrong work less salary , Particularly HR policies worst initially they asked 3 years Bond with 3 months notice period , if you join in this company they will not waive Bond and notice period even single day, that Three years period increments very poor. Even Mediclaim also 50 : 50 charged
