My experience with this company has been very bad, it is kind of a fraud company. I was given a target after 3 days of joining and then after 10 days I was given a pip that your performance is not good hence you will not get any salary.Or when I talked to the manager he treated me badly. Neither does it provide a good work environment or this is the way they behave with a new joiner. Do not join this company because they do this to most of the people. And on this platform also he has got false reviews posted from his office people. They does not deserve single rating 🤬🤬

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
