Company arranges training, very well organised they are, teammates are really co-operative, career growth I must say really good. Every year salary appraisals happen that's not a problem. Overall good company to work. But not really good for work life balance as many times we have to stretch to complete the work. sometimes we have to come to weekends for project completion. It all depends on you how you mold yourself in terms of Work environment and work life balance.

Dislikes

Lots of forms we have to fill up to maintain quality procedures many people resigns due to that procedures. In some teams work environment are not good. management do favoritism to some people.

Likes

MWH is closing it's India operations from October 2018. At present there are only a handfull employees working and majority of them are on contract basis. The overall experience in MWH had been good.

Dislikes

MWH has been merged with a Canadian based global co viz Stantec. This company including MWH has high ethic standards which is desirable but does not work in India from the point of view of getting municipal/ govt. contracts.

Likes

The company is comparatively very good and provides opportunities to learn and growth.

Dislikes

If the management is under the non-Indian, then office functioning will be smooth. There is some kind of leg pulling with in the teams, of couse,its pervasive with in the Indian culture
