If you are a fresher you can learn by observation in site and no one tells anything.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

1) Timings :- you need to be at site at 8:30 a.m. it doesn't matter how long your house and you will leave at 7:30 p.m. 2) Workload 3) zero (0) safety measurements 4) Respect will not be there to engineer 5) you need to work throughout week, no holiday 6) only 2 holiday by requesting project manager 7) sometimes you need to be 24 hours at site
