There is no organised strategy over influence of politics for dr consultation , they are no considering all patients are equal . Shortage skilled wr in top management area . Decision making is very lag in urgent reaction

Except salary increment and job security all are very good at MVR. The management is very uncertain. They take decision without logic and some sort of monopoly.

Dislikes

Bad management. Give values to only doctors.

I am very proud to work at MVR Cancer Centre because the dealing of customers and employees is excellent also they are providing wonderful facility for the customers and employees. the working atmosphere is also very good
