There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which can not resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees. Management doesn't address ourissues.

I am worked MVML as trainee team Leader . company culture is good.i am excited to work because of my career grow with this job but unlikely I'm not employee of MVML.

Trainings good. Have more learnings. teammates are very adjustable.

Dislikes

Not utilise man power appropriately., PP & increment not proper. Work environment for officers is fearful. Hods & above are need to undergo trainings on behavioral topics most.
