Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is nothing to say about mvm industries. The working culture worst i have experienced, and when you decided to leave, they don’t provide any documentation, treating you as you ‘ve taken something from them

Even i delete my mvm experience in my CV and join new company with higher salary 😂.

Too much work load duty time is too much 8 am to 9 :30pm bad upper management behavior. no job secure at all. work culture like bonded laborer. No confidence in salary increment.
