Salary payment issues, late payment and F'n'F are difficult to get. Facilities are poor or non-existent.

No team work , in company as a manager you will get a team but when you work like a team or you think about your team the direct will dislike the same they always say to you. Forget about your team do let me know wht you want .Please some teach the company directors that you are not running a factory where some selfish in educated union leaders are in place you are running a company where team leaders are in place and good trader will always fight for there team and always work like mentor with the team .

working in MVL is good opportunity as i work for them around 1 year, that is good company and i am very happy that i was a part of MVL group for one year in khas kunar project.
