Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

i had left the company two years before due to delay in salary and the company was almost in shot down position, my six month salary still pending with the company. The Management was very poor they don't have any ethics how to grow in the competitive market still i had given 6 years.

The company is fully depending on director's decision and Director depending on his informer & chatukar persons . My worst experience in the my life in M V Omni projects (I) Ltd at Bhopal PMAY projects Both directors are careless and due to This company has terminated from Indore projects They have no employees policy, no sefty policy no ,no work policy no financial policy They have only earning policy
