Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Faculty who is coming twice a week or once in fortnight being given priority in promotions over 6 days a week regular faculty just because they share similar surnames with management and they try to manipulate/slender people to cover/justify it...

Nobody is worried or bothers you even if you put your biometric attendance in the morning and then go home/ practice.

Dislikes

The college is virtually controlled and run by a special group of 20-25 persons of most junior level of employees (cleaners and technicians/ PA in departmental offices) mostly females of questionable character and very close to couple of management persons. These persons threaten and claim that they can get any faculty terminated within 1 or 2 days if there demands are not met. And they have shown their effectiveness on few occasions. This blackmailing gang is operating inside the college campus and members claim to have immunity from management as well as Police department. No action was taken against anyone of these so called "bad girls" even after the principal gave a list of such females along with the names of their "handlers". Rather the Principal was immediately removed from the post.
