New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. We can work life long through but salary hike or appraisal don't expect from the firm you need to stick on the crease like cricket test match Tejeswar pujara patience should be there while you work there this is the very simple example to understand easily

Dislikes

Like as I said previously hike, appraisal and exam too which you have to paid 1500rs for each 4 axams you need to pay 6000rs salary also below average can't justify with the scenario

Big gap between you and HR department because they work from Kerala,if you are working under North zone you will face many problems related HR, company should hire separate HR in North zone for securities staff.
