Like as I said previously hike, appraisal and exam too which you have to paid 1500rs for each 4 axams you need to pay 6000rs salary also below average can't justify with the scenario

Work life balance. No late night work.

Worst management. Works like local financier. Not concerned about the life and career of employees. No job security. Management will replace the employees when ever they want. No growth and future.

Big gap between you and HR department because they work from Kerala,if you are working under North zone you will face many problems related HR, company should hire separate HR in North zone for securities staff.
