We can work life long through but salary hike or appraisal don't expect from the firm you need to stick on the crease like cricket test match Tejeswar pujara patience should be there while you work there this is the very simple example to understand easily

Like as I said previously hike, appraisal and exam too which you have to paid 1500rs for each 4 axams you need to pay 6000rs salary also below average can't justify with the scenario

Big gap between you and HR department because they work from Kerala,if you are working under North zone you will face many problems related HR, company should hire separate HR in North zone for securities staff.

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA.
