Salary increment & Promotion. Despite working at MCSL for the past 5 years, some senior staff is receiving the an equal or lower salary compared to the salary given to the new joiners, despite having the same work role. No work life balance. Requires to Work till midnight is an usual act.

Lot of paper work And no increments career growth is slow People If ur young don't join if ur age is 45 and still u want to work then go head perfect job for those people and they will never address our issue TPP will be biggest enemy Lot of politics very poor in digitalization ,long process if get into MPG just u will feel like ur still in 1990's

Very less pay and compensation, except that Orion application team all other team members are good, for biotechnology students they normally give software engineer roles, for M. Tech graduates they use to give support role in non technical side, because their standards are like that, substandard company in technopark trivandrum

Work culture very bad, non suportive. Very bad experience in pandemic time. Not giving salary for two months. No appraisal, no incentives. My one year incentives also not given

Pawn broker time thinking, maximum higher authority not supotive. Management and HR does not addressed our issues. Before and After resign creating problem. Job trainee also not given to new trainee

I am also willing to rejoining but if u high to my previous salary i will rejoined... because this salary reason only my releaving reasons... i have 5 yrs experience on finance field....

Salary is very low at branch manager role... my previous company salary is compare to muthoot is low.
