... of Muthoot Finance and Fincorp by Lying to customers as they are not the same . They don't even stationary budget staff have to pay for it . AC have timers from KERALA which get off . Over all Management don't know to work they work like unorganized sector. As a gold loan company they don't have proper packet to pack they are so cheap they recycle packet 4 times and wrap gold in newspaper which is below standard company even jewelers pack in Ziplock bag . SO OVER ALL FAKE COMAPNY NO PF NO INSURANCE TO STAFF AND LOTS OF DEDUCTION SO BEAWARE BEFORE JOINING FOR ANY THING YOU ARE LIABLE .

Salary not proper,salary slip not get,management worst people,HR not responsible,salary not get time..muthoot mercantile branch plz visit u feel ur come to govt death hospital room,TA/DA not proper..whenever visit to staff plz watch them face..sad & nervous..don't join muthoot mercantile.plz join swiggy,zomato better then muthoot mercantile

Bad experience, No PF deduction, Every month Salary God deduction without any reason and eny explanation, No Job security, Company not have any Ethics and rules like Corporate, Worst experience of my life.

they are not supporting there employees . they not pay any amount during lockdown period .they are not trust there employees . if any fraud happen in any branch by other person they are recover money from there employees and after recover money they are terminated the all staff . employee prove that yourself as a inocent person but employer are not listening to employee.

unprofessional work type. not pay office expense many office expenses pay by himself . if any miscound found they not investigating that what is incident happen they are not supporting there staff and terminated the staff. they are not give to time to explain yourself and prove yourself even after termination they are not pickup your phone call and not reply your mail .

Likes

Good working atmosphere and very good work culture. We have a very dynamic and flamboyant MD and we have full faith and belief in the Management. There is not much pressure compared to Banks. I have worked in Banks for 22 years. Get good exposure and job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular as such. Need little more support and coordination from Head Office. Need vendor approvals etc on time. Not got TA, but I am sure things will be sorted out. Overall a Wonderful Place to Work. Good work life balance too.
