Average work environment and culture, company policies are good they give good salary but increment is not done last 2year as well as not appraisals due to that not happy in work

...n is done based on designations. Employee engagement has the least value here. Salary is not satisfactory to the work alloted. Basic administration facilities are also very weak.

Working with Muthoot Housing in Finance & Accounts for more than 6 years. It has been great working and learning experience for me. I have enhanced my professional skills here under the leadership of my seniors and mentor (CFO).

In my total experience I have never seen such a wrost company there is no job security and no employee welfare from top to bottom every one will play politics. And more over you will find cast based treatment for employees.

Nothing waste company, cast based treatment for employees. Initially they said they will give branch now there no proper branch or place to sit and work for employees.
