Un-experience senior management. Most of them don't deserve a entry level position. They get these positions by using personal relationships not get on basis of their abilities or work experience.

...e is balanced here except month end and JFM. Superior are good. (In my case). Gets salary on time.

Dislikes

Company management is focusing only on profits they have nothing to do with employees growth. HR functions is rediculous. Huge communication gap. Salary and other benefits for ofroll employees are like peanuts. Ofroll employees are barely get chance for onroll even after hard work.

...ovid- 19 company is not provide the support and call me to put your resignation. Nil support salary is also debited and As well as salary is not provide

Working, HR Policies is not good also not provide any facilities to employees. Salary not credit on time.

I love the company's work culture. One can manage his social life as well as professional.

Dislikes

Poor HR policy. No bonus for back office support at Associate level. Poor Appraisal.No medical claims. No training for new employee. Very bad software and No I.T. Support for back up. No Internal growth.
