Emergency department is a good place to work with ER physicians like Dr Sherin who is truly compassionate, thoughtful and dedicated,strict about patient care and maintains healthy relationship with colleagues.

Deteriorating quality in patient care as senior and experienced ER physicians resigning from their posts.

Very good job security good working environment. Administration are very supportive for our work. This environment help to develop my career.

Dislikes

There is not effecent canteen facilities for employees in this institution. Saffs and non-staffs are the strength of the institution so please give this kinds of facilities.

Muthoot Healthcare was given me an opportunity to expose my skills and i have learned lot of things from there to improve my strength and quality of leadership . I got chances for teaching and guide many new colleagues who joined recently. We coordinated many medical camps and educational CMEs for our organization was increased my confidence level. I got great appraisal from the Managing Director for participation in getting hospital an NABH accreditation.

I never ever dislike working at Muthoot Healthcare . I have enjoyed alot there I had many close friends over there, Hospital is very close to my birth place so that helps me to punch in on time

Good and supportive administrative staffs. Flexibility of work timings. Good payscale. Very dedicated and efficient emergency team to triage and stabilize patient.

Dislikes

Sunday opds No provisions for private practice No scope for evidence based medicine approach. No fixed hospital protocols for common medical emergencies like Diabetic ketoacidosis, poisoning etc

I had a great experience in Muthoot Healthcare with an excellent Working Atmosphere, nice teammates, good training period. As a former staff as well as a former training students, I can say our organization plays a major role in my career growth , character development .
