HR cannot do independently in their best practice as per industry. Less salary industry. Old branch Offices are its still old and not renovations; and opening new offices. Even though advanced technology are implementing the systems and peripherals are old. Etc, etc.

The only good thing about this organisation is they pay salary on time. Branch staff are good with each other, they were like my family members

Seriously there is a lot of politics. You can't even stand a chance there. CCE's are treated like some kind of school girl, who can't speak anything at her own which is totally unfair. Salary is good but career growth is 0 for CCE's. So please do some research before joining there

...demic I realized that It's not only about customers it's also about staffs too .Company is taking care of all our safety during pandemic, not even cut any of amount of our salary. They think about as their family members that's is loving thing working in this organization.

Former employee at muthoot finance ltd...such a horrible place.if u have no others options then plz join there otherwise please don't go.police jail/sail is better than there work place.. maximum time they will open Sunday also..

Management are busy with there lots of politics ,career growth,salary everything thing.this company is south base company management also support who are south indian similarly who came Cristian religion..don't join here..
