This is the number one cost cutting company, their is no life for future and bottom line of staff do every work like sale and operation and aslo sales like mutual fund and diffirenciate between metro and onmetro salary.

...eving our branch targets .Insurance products,gold loan ,NCD,are the main areas .Job security and good salary growth provided in Muthoot group

.work environment is Monday to Saturday timing is 8.30 to 5.30 and Most Sunday’s have any training process there .In branch if alarm system working at any time most probably in night I will be there at night to open the branch and Sunday visit in branch for 10 minibus is compalsary for the managers only.
