Too much politics goes on here.I emailed Zonal haad ,HR with my problem but I did not find any solution.My problem was the distance from my house to my office is more than 70 kilometres.I have requested to my AM and RM many times bt I did not find any solution.My worst experience was in the end.Company is very good but some employees of the company do so much politics which is very bad.I don't want anyone like me to lose a job in such agood company..

Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. This would not only enhance the morale of long-serving employees but also reinforce their commitment to the company's continued success. Thank you for providing this platform to share feedback. Salary structure is not good , i am working since 2015 but there is no enhancement like other NBFC nd Bank 's salary structure.no advantage for vintage staff even new staff getting nyc salary package.

COVID period I am pregnancy in 8th month.that time I am suffer COVID symptom.but they are not even given a single day leave. I manage and put a hard work in that time.no increment my survey period.
