But majer disadvantage is salary... Now a days 15K not good salary and recently work pressure &less salary those are the two reasons last six month 18 auditors resigned.. really your Karnataka audit department is broken now.

I have working last 1 and half year with Muthoot Fincorp LTd. my work experience better and joy full all Manager are saporting me on field work.

My overall experience was excellent, Give an enough training period for learning what was your work profile. Teammates are very helpful and supportive. And also senior authorities.

All employees are dislike the salary growth as compared to other companies.

...were used. That means training sessions was excellent. Now it has become poor. Poor salary and Poor appraisal salary would be in between 12k-15k. Forget about job security. Good company for learning purposes only if you go through your KRAs, shift rotations and other seniors KRAs. Overall Good company to start, Low package, Fixed timings 9-5.30, Low increments
