I had the worst experience of working in this company. No job security, no compensation,no company ethics, not following any rules related to employee job satisfaction,no salary structure. All are the Boss of the company. Salary cuts without intimation and without any reason. I won't advise anyone to waste his/her precious time in this company. Rather, I would suggest to sell vegetables than working in this company. This company is full of nasty politics .

Good work experience. Teammates are supportive but seniors are not supportive including HR department. Company policies are good appraisal are not fair they give but very long time.

Yes Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.

... 3months.. you work there n within 3months you search for another organisation.. they offer lowest salary in the market.. and on top of it you'll have to serve 2months or 3months resignation period and after that also they will not provide you ur reliving letter n even your full n final settlement will not happen.. they take year to do Full and final settlement.. I was the employee here after 2 years I gave resignation fir better opportunity but m lacking behind only because I don't have reliving letter.. even after 4 months and tones of followups with them they arey not giving me my reliving letter and my salary.. so think before you join.. here no one will help you manager area manager regional manager no one.. worst company it is.. u better seat home rather you join in muthoot Fincorp.. if you join you will regret it till your alive mark my words.. they are totally unprofessional and behave rediculous..
