Good for timing Male and Female staff. Salary Incentive and Bonus credited on time.

Some 10 years Experienced staff not Alloted shares, Need extra Benifit Rewards for Working long term Employees.. Leave will not get Easily for staff.. Like staffing Issue Here only BM select the staff then forward to HR need to change policy... HR conduct compus Interview then provide staff for Branch... Because we have lot of work not concentrate find out the candidate.

...st above10 years mfl branch becoz all furniture are damaged in so many branches. So one more point I have tel these are all expenses company have to pay don't minuse ours branch profitability. This reason only so many branches don't like do repair maintenance expenses. This becoz ours branch very bad to see

I have more comfortable with this timings, and I have been work with good guidable reporting managers, I learnt more about work it impacts to my personal life also, i.e how to behave with people.

...arnt many things in working skills, monitoring, operations skill and management. But the problem in recognition on old staff for their promotion's , salary hike and main point was politics among the satff and superiors who they are faviour to them will have ther bright future for them..

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
