HR has absolutely no role, seniors treat the organisation as proprietorship. Seniors ask staff to resign as per their whim and fancy. No proper corporate ways of joing or releiving is followed.

I had the worst experience of working in this company. No job security, no compensation,no company ethics, not following any rules related to employee job satisfaction,no salary structure. All are the Boss of the company. Salary cuts without intimation and without any reason. I won't advise anyone to waste his/her precious time in this company. Rather, I would suggest to sell vegetables than working in this company. This company is full of nasty politics .

This is a good company for work. We have the job security for all staff. And good office time.

Rate of interest to be change in one month the customers who not because every customer not able to pay every month continuously . so give some relaxation for 3 months once compulsory..

Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. This would not only enhance the morale of long-serving employees but also reinforce their commitment to the company's continued success. Thank you for providing this platform to share feedback. Work environment is good. Work life balance is good. Salary is satisfying and seniors are supportive. Best for career oriented person.

Dislikes

Monday to Saturday office. Less festival leave like in deepawali and chath pooja.
