Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. ... 3months.. you work there n within 3months you search for another organisation.. they offer lowest salary in the market.. and on top of it you'll have to serve 2months or 3months resignation period and after that also they will not provide you ur reliving letter n even your full n final settlement will not happen.. they take year to do Full and final settlement.. I was the employee here after 2 years I gave resignation fir better opportunity but m lacking behind only because I don't have reliving letter.. even after 4 months and tones of followups with them they arey not giving me my reliving letter and my salary.. so think before you join.. here no one will help you manager area manager regional manager no one.. worst company it is.. u better seat home rather you join in muthoot Fincorp.. if you join you will regret it till your alive mark my words.. they are totally unprofessional and behave rediculous.. Company is great no dought ,I am working here last 1.5 years and I see some people have two faces and changing their own words according to the situation. All over great !

Working timing is good, and salary is always come on time.

In this company salary increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch, so the new staff who join in a smaller branch will not get any benefit. If increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch then the vintage staff should get a bigger branch according to their individual score card or there should be shuffling of all employees every 2 years.

Working timing is good, Salary come on time , great place for girls as they get job nearest to home

Dislikes

Working culture is toxic in some branches as there is lot of gap between management and employees. Employees do not able to contact HR for their problems. Appraisal and increment is not good as only buttering people get that.
