Not to give equal opportunity to all. One day i not finish my target suddenly afternoon i got a call in head office manager speak with angry to speak " " "immediatly leave with muthooth finance why you u eat food " he told with irretately for me. So guys your life and enjoy with good carrer eg: doctor, software Engineer, police, etc.

salary hike and Career growth is nominal.. work culture and work life balance is best

Increment of salary and Incentives payout is only for seniors and RO employees, branch level employee only get the nominal amount

Dividing the staff with religion Similar promotion and pay not available.Very politics on staff promotion Higher Authorities and very bad Paying very less payment Not employee friendly oriented company

I like about working at muthoot finance some policies are good..

I just share my review for muthoot finance there is some policies are not favour of staff like salary, promotion and leaves and holidays. There is old staff future is not bright because they are taking a lots of time for promotion and also salary is very low is this inflation time and new staff and old staff salary is mostly same.. there is second and fourth saturday is also working when most of the banks and NBFC is closed, festival holiday is so low.. so its not my request that is all staff request please understand the whole staff needs who working in muthoot finance ..some times they give the pressure to staff.. They have submitted the all staff original documents like marksheet so thats not correct..

Work culture , low salary and there are very poor promotion culture, target pressure .evry think is worst in muthoot finance that's why a lot of staff is leave job from muthoot
