Office timing, salary Stracture not good, bad appraisal, no product training, religious discrimination. No Eid or Puja holiday, only Christian holiday allow. 2years bond and heavy politics.

The company take cares of their employees these is the best thingh of these company whenever you do a business for the company it does not keeps the whole profit with them they share a certaiin part of it to those employees whose involvement is there to make that business sucessfull so these is the best thingh that i like about muthoot finance that they does not only think of their profit or pockets they also do take care of their employees to

...recovery and the worst thingh is that if i fail to punch after 9 am if also 9.1. Has became my half day salary will be deducted these is the worst thingh which almost all employees does not likes

Bahut kam salary hai and bahut jayada work pressure dete hain bilkul chindi company hai and koi job security nahi hai hamesha dar laga rahta hai job ka and fraud ka agar koi bhi fraud ho jaye to tumhe paise dene padenge.and management bhi sabko chor samajhti hai.badhua mazdoor ki tarah kaam lete hai.raat ko 8 baje tak kaam lete hain subha 1 min bhi late ho jaao to salary kaat lete hain.

Work culture is bad , we will not get the salary which is mentioned in the offer letter , there is no work balance even we have to work in Sunday's also . Heavy work pressure. There is no job security

The one and only thing is good that they pay the salary on time. But the salary is very low compared to their competitors.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in the company. The regional office staff will not help you when you face some problems. When you join the company they will tell you that it's a 9-6 job but in reality it is 9-7:30 job or beyond. Create senseless pressure by the management. Even they forcefully work you on "SUNDAY". That means there are no holiday. Think 100 times before join this company.
