1. Security issues (unnecessary burden on employee)

5. Sunday/night visit ( it should be the job done by security guard)
6. A number of products to sale with daily basis target (nobody can achieve all in a day)
7. Anybody unknown or new joinee in corporate or regional office can call you, threatened you,harrased you to complete his task on given time .
8. High rate of interest, difficult to add new customer comparing other banks and NBFC's

2. Salary package is very very low as compaire to others.
3. They ask about salary justification over work,i would like to say first you give the proper salary and designation to you employee's and then ask this question
They are paying nothing or say negligible amount to their employee or their is nothing like overtime in the company even if they force you to stay in the branch till 8 pm in the evening. They force you to stay in the branch after working hour for VC and do other job but pay u nothing for the same . They pay overtime to their guard only so you think what your standard in company. They pressure you to do multiple things but didn’t gave you promotion even you are eligible to get promotion and appraisal in the same department in other companies so you can see the difference by your self. They only love their profit they even not tell what kind and how they calculate about incentive. They just gave you silly replies you have fixed incentive , we have a call centre team they do the hard work but when you raise the same question after a week they are be like you have to do this we will assure you that we will definitely give you incentive but this is again a lie from management. You have to visit branch on holiday even it is holiday declared by company on paper to check branch lock and shutter no security guard deployed on holiday. They will not gave you a single rupee in the form of TA. They open their branch on Sunday or gave you this news just 2-3 hour before you leave the office as per them you doesn’t have any plan or any family to spend time on Sunday.
At the end i will like you to share that they thing your a slave or orphan and now few people say why shouldn’t you leave the job their have your original mark-sheet as security or a bond .
