There is no annual increment. Salary is same for both senior staff and newly joined staff. Lot of pressure given by cluster manager. Sunday also online exam just 30 minutes but we have to travel for 4 hrs to reach regional office. We give all ur respects etc. Daily conducting big days to achieve the target. In every quarter they provide big day calendar such as vehicle insurance health insurance,samsung mobile,goldcoin,muthoot home protector etc. If we canvass any vehicle insurance we have not able to claim any of accident or death. Corporate culture is cheating every man to get fool. Only hearless people is easy to survey in muthoot finance to get easy promotions .

Bahut kam salary hai and bahut jayada work pressure dete hain bilkul chindi company hai and koi job security nahi hai hamesha dar laga rahta hai job ka and fraud ka agar koi bhi fraud ho jaye to tumhe paise dene padenge.and management bhi sabko chor samajhti hai.badhua mazdoor ki tarah kaam lete hai.raat ko 8 baje tak kaam lete hain subha 1 min bhi late ho jaao to salary kaat lete hain.

1. Security issues (unnecessary burden on employee) 2. It is like a high security jail 3. Unnecessary sales burden 4. Focus day ( no decreased roi no high per gram rate then it is illogical) 5. Sunday/night visit ( it should be the job done by security guard) 6. A number of products to sale with daily basis target (nobody can achieve all in a day) 7. Anybody unknown or new joinee in corporate or regional office can call you, threatened you,harrased you to complete his task on given time . 8. High rate of interest, difficult to add new customer comparing other banks and NBFC's 9. Muthoot most rust thing it's penalties ( a normal customer pays a lot extra RBI is still watching this fraud.

They are paying nothing or say negligible amount to their employee or their is nothing like overtime in the company even if they force you to stay in the branch till 8 pm in the evening. They force you to stay in the branch after working hour for VC and do other job but pay u nothing for the same . They pay overtime to their guard only so you think what your standard in company. They pressure you to do multiple things but didn’t gave you promotion even you are eligible to get promotion and appraisal in the same department in other companies so you can see the difference by your self. They only love their profit they even not tell what kind and how they calculate about incentive. They just gave you silly replies you have fixed incentive , we have a call centre team they do the hard work but when you raise the same question after a week they are be like you have to do this we will assure you that we will definitely give you incentive but this is again a lie from management. You have to visit branch on holiday even it is holiday declared by company on paper to check branch lock and shutter no security guard deployed on holiday. They will not gave you a single rupee in the form of TA. They open their branch on Sunday or gave you this news just 2-3 hour before you leave the office as per them you doesn’t have any plan or any family to spend time on Sunday. At the end i will like you to share that they thing your a slave or orphan and now few people say why shouldn’t you leave the job their have your original mark-sheet as security or a bond .

... be required to stand as security guard whenever guards go to washroom or lunch. You will be required to perform office boy's duty also for an average salary package. Moreover you will be required to sign bond for 2 years that you will not leave the company or else 2 months salary has to be given as compensation. They will also take custody of class 10th original certificate during the tenure of working. 2 months notice period. In the name of fixed incentives new joiners will be bypassed to earn branch business incentives. You will be forced to do some useless follow up calls repeatedly to same customers on holidays and Sundays to annoy the customers to the hell of their anger. Every now and then policy changing, chopping- changing of rules make employees confused infact sometimes without notices. Sometimes branches are kept open on Sundays. You will be forced to maintain some illogical hilarious registers (some 6-7 copies). You will be forced to give service to huge base of customers with 1-2 systems leading to annoyance of the customers. Personal life is badly hampered. Only go for this if really in need of urgent job.
