As we are working in Finance company we can get knowledge in all aspects but at the same time we can't get depth knowledge in all products. Salary appraisal is good.

... for freshers which is having good opportunities for learning small things also. And the salary is not that much good for experienced candidates and if we consider the profit of company also salary is not good, here the human resources treat equally even freshers and experiences both are treated same in behalf of management.
