Company has lot of internal politics, no staff benefits, no support from the management giving salary and get back themselves by the way of login days very worse company not even settle the staff benefits at the earliest, no proper work culture etc..,

Office premises very good,job security is their,just we can balance life for this company salary,

Very poor in carier growth,there is no patience to new joinee , new joinees work is light, to much work pressure and target s acheivement and salary will increase per every 2yrs with 1k nd 2k & mngemnt don't think about employee carier,his health and family life. it's works on daily targets

Getting salary on 30th of every month.

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.

Increment of salary and Incentives payout is only for seniors and RO employees, branch level employee only get the nominal amount

The worst company I have ever seen.companies motive only for increasing the profit and AUM.mostly they prefer to work even on sundays.they think that employee has not family or personal life.normally the working time is 9:30 to 6:00 but we should come to branch on 8:00 to 7:30.thre is no extra payment or benefit for extra time. The superior persons are not support for increasing the business and complete our target and pushing the OTC products at the time of releasing the incentive or bonus.they think that they should pay the incentive to employees but tomorrow they push to login the OTCs.there is no chance to convince the customers for the products because such a worst products they are cross selling.unable to handle the pressure from the superiors the employees login the products using their own cash and become a debtor.this is the reality in muthoot finance.the incentive structure may vary from the performance of the employees like when we perform poorly they should increase the payout per product but we perform better they should decrease the payout per product.
