Branch staffs are cooperative. Pressure is low as compared to banks and other NBFCs if your branch has customer walking.

Dislikes

1.Salary is very low as compared to industry and other companies. 2.RO management are worst. They will not pick your call even if customers is shouting on you for their loan closure. 3.Branch staffs have to listen customers abusive language because they have closed accepting all kinds of online payments and also did not give virtual account to customers on time. 4. RO management staff does not cooperate with branch staffs.They only care about business not about customers and staffs.

...ening later branch closing time any attempt happen who is responsible for that .so kindly take survey get suggestons for our employees and one more thing they don't know about the salary structure even more then 3yrs employees and new joinee jre salary in a same structure it's very disappointment to our senior staffs... even some branches don't have substaffs so Jre only take this substaff role also....

salary is not fair for even new joinee jres salary and senior jres salary both of them same even without manager branch jre handle the branch but manager getting better salary but jres salary not enough for this...

salary will credit on every month end. Good atmosphere. Every year there is a chance for promotional process depending on performance.

No job security. High work pressure. Staff shortage. More recoveries. High risky job. No incremental salaries.

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.

Company is giving internal promotions and incentive for all employés irrespective of function.

Dislikes

Low salary for existing employees and giving better salary for new entrance in the same role 6 Days working is very hectic , company collecting money from employees for evening tea., Parent insurance is not available. Etc...
