Nothing is good other than that. No ethics, no incentives, everything they promise is false. They make you sit till 7, call on Sundays, visit branch each and every holiday and they don't even provide much holidays. The management is solely driven by profit and they have absolutely zero welfare measures. Terrible experience as a fresher, will never recommend this company to anyone.

The only good thing is the customers of this company they are very loyal.

...ter and I want that all the new employees be very selective for this job role. The second thing is that you will get a salary of 15k per month which is beyond acceptable.

Hi, i am working off role in muthoot finance ltd. I think payrole management is very good and working time table best. Work culture and all staff friendly.

I am working offrole this company so off role staff salary credit 7th of every month but payroll staff salary month end before 31th.

Great experience as a fresher,learned cash handling,gold checking,work life balanced perfectly.You can earn quarterly incentives and gift vouchers by fulfilling targets.

Everything is good except few things 1)pay scale is low and career growth is slow 2)There is a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign or you have to pay 2 months salary if you wish to resign within an year.

Getting salary on 30th of every month.

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.
