Worst , there is no hike no bonus sorry they give bonus only 5700 3700 like this , no growth lot of cuttoffs in payslip they use employees like slave example they told make 15 sales we will give incentive after we achieve they told terms and conditions and not pay incentive if we asked y they told they didn't pay first emi they didn't pay 3rd emi they are not registered like that and without intimation they play a game on our payslip like they mention taken advance salary like that

Working environment of this company is excellent. Amount of mental pressure is very low level. My team members and superiors are very friendly behavior to me.
