Mr. Ashok is like dummy they treat employees like they buy the employee's. 1 student commit suicide over there & behind this only this lady responsible mentally torture people's over there she doesn't know how to speak & respect the person.

The work environment is pathetic and principal Meeta sharma genrally humiliates teachers in assembly.

Dislikes

The school principal uses abusive words with teachers like " I will f**k your lives", "bloody" in teacher meetings.

Horrible place to begin with. The principal has no sense of running the school. If you are appointed as a teacher, you are made to do airport drop and pick up duty at no extra pay. Even if the work you do is excellent, you are always made to feel inferior. Col. Ashok is the worst person to work with. With all due respect for his service to the nation, I am sorry to say that he is biased towards some of the staff members whose mistakes and faults, he very cleverly sweeps under the rug. The head of pastoral Ms. Ruchi is a very dedicated lady. But she pokes her nose in everyone's business and makes their life miserable. She feels that she is above everyone else.

school is very balanced and focuses from studies to extra curricular . the school is very diverse and it wont take much time for students to settle as the pastoral care and faculty help the students in ever possible way so that the child feels safe. the education in MIS is mind blowing. from PYP to IBDP it consists of various types of courses for students. this school helps the students grow into a better person

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
