As a manager it was hard to make people work as employees were so complacent of not loosing their job even if they don't work and meet their KRAs.
There was a prevalent jargon 'ye sarkaari naukri hai, manager kitna bhi chilla le naukri nahi jaane wali'.
The Organisation for sure is the best employer in the industry with a strong HR department that ensures constant engagement with all the team members .
The hirarcy also is always open and welcoming to interaction with middle management level and welcome feedback if supported by relevant facts and figures .
A bit of pride in the organisations standing by employees could help us go a long way , which at times is overshadowed by a trend to compare with other market competition .
