1. Management is biased towards one employee. For her, 2 months of wfh are allowed and for rest who follows the policy, hardly takes wfh/leave mgt raises questions. 2. Other Sr Manager can come at 11 for the shift of 9:30.. and leave same goes for her .she will come at ,10 and leave 6.. these are okat with mgt. Work does not get affected now. 3. False commitment regarding appraisal. 4. No RNR , team outing,

Management is the worst only favoritism works just be loyal to management and you have every perks. Management hardworking candidates. Job security is not at you will never when they will company show you exit date
