First and foremost the beauty is murata is there will be lots of managers. Only for questioning. Second you should be skilled at watsapp messaging because majority of recruited job is to fold hands inside production line and do watsapp message in production groups. Number of support members will keep reducing and turns in to single Digit and In turn number of people who are recruited for messaging in watsapp keep on increasing to 1:10 ratio. If the focus is on self learning , can explore this company apart from that ,except the name of the company this is never been a Japanese culture or Japanese style of punctuality, discipline nothing here. It’s a sad and disgrace to the Japanese industry.
