The MD san is good because he is japanese and japanese people are more kind and genuine people then the indians one.

Dislikes

The HR and admin team is very poor nature. Totally politics are there between HR or manufacturing team. I suggest to not go there anymore. Food quality is cheap , we said to admin team but no one will listen you if they are gujarati then only gujarati items will be there even the snacks item also gujarati because HR and admin is gujarati. They will not provide you the different kind of culture snacks. They are talking over the phone and visiting here and there. totally HR admin's kingdom is there. Even HR admin's totally background is different they don't belong to that culture. Too much politics. No criteria for hiring.

Overall good environment to do work with this organization, awesome japanese culture, many things i have learned from here, good salary, policies are good, huge area, good canteen, transport is good.

Nothing is bad.
