...do harrasment. No respect for older and female employees. No safe working here. No salary on time. They deduct PF but they don't give. No salary slip on time. No bonus. Zero employee satisfaction They cheat employee by giving money in advance when someone is in need. They exploit the candidate. Ask them to work extra and more. No HR Policies no dress code. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
