...f things to learn..But if you are looking for a long term..Then there is issue..There is lot of salary gap in junior and senior..Increments not at all good..After working for 4 years employees get 1200-1500 rs increment..Balance for learning or for taking exerpience company is very good..Work life balance is best..

Good to learn new things. Have good technical data collection to educate beginners.

Dislikes

Extreme level of corporate politics. Company Policies are in favour of management only. Paying half on the basis of the global market and digging out double work. Good for beginners but bad for experienced person.
