Good team work environment, good career growth, best part of company is timely apraisel and salary on time in my six years job never apraisel and salary late. Workin environment also good. No need working morevthen ur working hours

...vironment and culture.Teammates are supposed and the management is transparent . Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issy.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary on Time, Company Objective about to employee is good, Tea and Coffee grate, HR Mam so familiar, VP, CTO and director so kind , all most good environment and cultural

Strict Time 9 to 6 pm and 6 days working is too much

In munjal auto nothing is proper no proper food., no salary on time employees are treated as donkeys and HR department is very bad 👎 not a single employment give response to low level worker.. And owner of munjal auto don't care about employees.. He just want that my company get more n more profit but he doesn't ever try to ask any work that how was company, are you comfortable in this company nothing.. Etc

There are lots of politics in this company employees of munjal auto not get any facilities treated as low level people.

All the staff of the company working as teammates. Which get the positive result to company. Here working environment are very good. Full job security of the employer and company provide the training for employees career growth.

Compensation is decent but personal growth is slow. There is no onjob training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Which is pain sometimes
