A good company for 0-2 year experience candidates. Should survive in Multivista for at least 2 years, so that you can learn lot of things technically. Can learn a better work culture.

Dislikes

No work life balance. More excel works. Heavy pressure from the management. Should not work for more than 2years. No job security. Useless ABU VP and have no market knowledge. Simply commands to make engineers more uncomfortable. Don’t know exact field scenario. Even TL and managers know their engineers stuff and market demand but no use.

The way of learning is very worst.They push us to a customer without providing any training also they know very well we don't know nothing ..still they send us. Before taking tough discussion management / HR team should have a word what the employee is going through ..
