Worst culture. Owner is rude ,mannerless,unprofessional.he is a zero person by nature.

Dislikes

Salary gets delayed for month. Dirty place to sit,no hygene. No benefits. Ower comes late and ask people to stay late till 9 or 10 pm. No manners to talk,treats employees as slave.use abusive language. No services to employess . No travel benefits ,you have to pay from your pocket. Things get stolen in office .cuts you salary without reason. 1 min late cost you half day.people are just passing time there because they are not treated and paid well and on time.

No any growth in IT sector other wise it is very good for other departments. Lots of career opportunities and growth for other departments.

CEO approach towards system is good, but not getting much support from his old employees

1. Lack of Clarity in assigned roles and responsibility. 2. outdated work practice and excessive Micromanagement 3.Extremally Poor Work life Balance; late working hours with sudden request s to stay beyond schedule. 4.No Induction program for new joiners 5.Insecure and Uncooperative work environment due to long -term employees; resistance to change. 6.No system or proper structure of work.

As an Fresher my experience at MFEL is very good. I learn lots of things here. The working environment is very good and the staff is very supportive. If any one join as a fresher this company provides better learning environment.

The work pressure is pretty high not for a trainee but when u join as a experienced.

I started my career as DET and working as an Assistant Engineer in Process and Proposal Department. I like the learning, growing and supporting culture. It is all because of cooperative colleagues, mentor like seniors and management.
