The company is into Industrial automation.The Overall Experience Which I got From The Company Was Really Bad. The Boss Doesn't Know How To Behave With His Subordinates.

No Salary Payment On time.Poor OT and Travell expense payment. No Time Limit at all. Even if you work until morning also the OT is very cheap. The company won't give any vehicle to the engineer for site work and all.if u have your vehicle then you need to go with it, and they only give 300 rupees for vehicle services.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
