My Manager was understanding, supportive and cool. Working with him was very fun, no matter how much the workload was we handed it smoothly. It was because of him that i worked there for 3 years.

Team strength was low so the work pressure and stress was always high. The thing which i disliked most was when a colleague in any teams decides to leave the company, his replacement was never hired and the work load was transferred to the existing team member without any salary compensation or reconsideration. The company is 5 days working but its only accessible for IT team as there manager has structured the workflow very effective and efficiently rest all the departments mostly worked on Saturdays with no complimentary off or compensation. When I was new there the policies were very employee friendly but it has downgraded a lot. Also the appraisal and promotion is very bad. My in hand salary was increased by total of 8k in 3years and No matter how hard you work there if u have not completed 1 yrs there then you are not eligible for yearly appraisals.

Many people have mentioned bad stuff about Multiplier, but my time there was good. Both the co- founders run things, especially on the 3rd floor where I worked. The best part was no office politics.

HR recruiter job is like a field data collection executive,they will compel you to visit different shops and obtain employees data.Its like survey job+recruitment+generalist activities and you will have no time to address employees issues as you will be in field most of the days.Old employees issues regarding PF ESIC are not addressed properly. Saturday is a holiday but we are expected to be available on call for the entire day,the management will even conduct concallseven after 9.30 pm and we should not do other personal works,no time for washing cloths ,spending time with friends and family.
