Good work environments & culture. Supportive management. Company policies are good.

There are some problems & management doesn't address our issues. Salary is negotiable &Career growth is slow. There is a bond for 1 year before which I can't resign. Transparency not maintained.

...ng head noone is good in behaviour. They need to learn much about north culture. They even deducted the salary for not placing order saying that you will get salary once you will bill the distributor. Dual pricing policy. No value of commitment of seniors. They only knows how to yell on employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but company policies are not good, they don't give actual salary what they saying in appointment letter. We all staffs are very disappointed.

Free atmosphere to work in this organisation growth opportunity is very high because in this segment not a high competition it's a manufacturing company.

This is West Bengal Base company. Company want to work in maximum state but company thinking only to Bengali culture as per my opinion company need survey to enter any state after that as per requirement work there.company vision not clear
