No sales pressure as the management does not know ABCD of sales

A feudalistic ,fraudulent and financially bankrupt company Feudalistic becoz the 61 yr old MD who has no clue what's going in the market sits in his offc only collects information from his 2 chamchas of who is doing what in the offc and accordingly takes decisions Fraudulent becoz they will make you sign the contract with harshest of clauses and when u ask them when time comes about some clause, they will say that is only for paper, not for actual practice No increment for last 7 years running . Strictly to be avoided unless you are in dire need of job..that too for minimum period
