Working culture like as hezard . company salary policy very very very poor. The owner of company behaves like as ..........there are no HR policy and Life of employees are nothing for them.

Though there was no job security but there was satisfaction in the work. Moreover, there was no pressure on doing day to day activities. For a fresher, as starting place it is place to start your career.

Dislikes

As a survey analysis company, there was monthly payments on the basis of days worked, so there was no weekends or holidays that were paid.
